Basic Training (Sailing and Maritime for Beginners)

Introduction to sailing course

Standing and running rigging in the sailboat
Pre-sailing checks (engine check, sails check, stowing of the boat…)
Mooring at/Unmooring from the marina
Steering
Fuel supply, water supply and arrangement of materials
All navigation electronics and navigation lights on the boat
The rules on power-driven maneuvering

Intermediate Training – Saves Life!

In this course, intermediate sailing knowledge and the rules of prolonged sailing are practically provided to the sailors, who already know the basics of sailing and maritime. The entire course is delivered on a sailboat at sea. During the course, the boat is sailed by the prospective sailors, allowing them to do lots of practice.

Review of the basics of sailing and maritime
Introduction to the running rigging and demonstration in practice of their functions in trim
Sail trims by sail zones (for closed hauling, close reach, beam reach, broad reach and running)
Sail trims by wind force (light air, moderate air, strong air and storm)
Sail trims for rough air
Tacking and gybing with 2 people
Tying and untying the reef knot with 2 people
Navigation (intermediate level)
Using the GPS
Man over board maneuver
Planning of the equipment and layout of the boat
Preparation of the checklist of the boat (pre-season, post-season, before and after each sailing)
Mooring from the stern by anchoring

Advanced Training

In this course, advanced sailing knowledge, prolonged sailing knowledge, and the rules of maneuvering with one person are practically provided to the sailors, who already have the advanced sailing and maritime knowledge. The entire course is delivered on a sailbot at sea.  During the course, the boat is sailed by the prospective sailors, allowing them to do lots of practice.
